Macmember.org was developed by Gray Consulting and Dreadnought, a father and son team specializing in dynamic web development using open-source technologies. Principal of his own consulting firm based in Chicago, Cliff is a leading expert in electronic payment technologies. Kyle is pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering and German from the University of Idaho in the rural beauty that is northern Idaho (Moscow, to be exact).
We are both engineers in a family rife with engineers - Cliff develops server-side functionality and database 'engines' (so your site works cool); Kyle hand crafts the graphics and logos, html and css2 (so your site looks cool). Both of us purists, all development is 'lean & clean' - all the code you need; nothing you don't. (Props to one of the finest coding environments available, Notepad++. They also follow the religion that is open source; sharing because it's good to share.) Both support and encourage the use of alternative operating systems like Ubuntu, and actively support the growth of uncommercialized technology.
