Audits are a necessary evil and cause anxiety and stress. Not to mention the dreaded task of gathering all that documentation! Yuck! And what if they find something wrong? Yikes!
However, there are practices that will not only strengthen your program but make your audit preparation simpler and the outcomes less time-consuming and more positive. In this session, we will discuss how to document your program in a cohesive way, test your own program throughout the year so you can self-detect and self-correct, and how to use audit findings to strengthen your program and avoid repeat findings.
